After working with you to plan your home and make material and design choices, we are then able to determine a final estimate of cost. WandS then proceeds to provide all those involved with plans and measurements in order to obtain an exact determination of materials and labor costs.
In other words, we don’t charge by the square meter but according to the work and materials.
However, for convenience, we cite the following average costs per square meter for 2010 (which has been almost constant since 2009). They are average values obtained from statistical calculations and averages of various structures.
